Very dirty room with animals crawling on the bedcover, but fast staff removed it.

Safe,secure,friendly staff,excellent value.All areas clean and tidy.
Well could do with a proper safe for guests' valuables rather than a locked filing cabinet.But because the desk is always manned and the filing cabinet is always securely locked,I guess its not so much of a problem.

no free shuttle service. staff are not approachable although there's additional service charge aside from the hotel rate. no hot and cold shower. extra charge when using card

The staff are accommodating. They always smile. They always give a helping hand without asking for it. Like if they see that you have plenty of bags they would offer help.
The website is quite deceiving. The rooms really look better in the internet than when you actually see it. Maybe because what they show in the net are their newly refurbished rooms.
